Yoga for Stress Relief (4-week series)
Take some time out of your busy life for this nourishing yoga practice. This Hatha based practice moves you through yoga shapes using both stillness and movement to build strength. Release tension with yoga shapes that stretch and lengthen your entire body. Enjoy meditation at the beginning and end of your practice to help set the tone for the rest of your day. Leave feeling a renewed sense of rejuvenation that will allow you to take on anything! Modifications are offered for all levels of practice. Beginners welcome. Please bring a mat or towel and a water bottle.
