Schrödinger's Dodo Lab: Lemon Battery

Erwin Schrödinger won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1933 for his work on quantum mechanics. The Dodo is an ancient bird, one of the extinct species that scientists want to bring back. To find out how these facts are related, join us in the Lab! Our leader, Shucha Zhang has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and works at a local pharmaceutical company here in Watertown. The labs that are being offered are fully interactive and not lecture-based. Many areas of science will be covered. Future projects to be announced. Please email libraryteendepartment@watertown-ma.gov if you have any questions.

If you are a teen and would like to work as a Lab Assistant to get community service, please let us know!
