Program Description:
This will be a joint community Medicare Beneficiary presentation. It will be conducted by Advocate Health Advisors (agents) and Quartz Medicare Advantage Plans. The purpose is to discuss Quartz 2024 Medicare Advantage plans during the annual open enrollment period. We will have light refreshments. There is no fee of any type involved.

Event Description:
As per above in the program description. I realize that another party is in that room until 2:00 that day. We will use the 2:00 - 2;30 time for brief set-up and check in and start the meeting at 2:30. The meeting will go from 2:30 - 3:30 pm to include Q & A time. we will use 3:30 to 4:00 slot for clean-up.
