3 Body Qigong for Health & Healing
As the seasons change and we enter springtime, our immune system becomes more susceptible to colds/ flu/allergies/fatigue to name a few. Now more than ever, we need to keep our immune systems strong. This series will consist of practicing body tapping, qigong movements, and meditation to increase the flow of energy throughout your body. The class will leave you calm, peaceful, and feeling vibrant.
Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat.
By registering for this event, you are committing to come to four (4) weekly Tuesday sessions of this class. Space is limited.
