Body Qigong for Healthy Body & Happy Heart
This 6-week series will offer a unique form of qigong, using music and movement that will help you release any stress or negative energy in your life and help you refocus on a positive way to see the world. 3 Body Qigong will include body tapping, meridian stretching, practice feeling energy, and music meditation. March into Spring and create a new positive habit in your daily life.
Please bring a mat. Movements can be adapted to be done in the chair.
