Meet “Mother Hip Hop,” founder of Boston’s first hip hop collective UMMF (Us Making Moves Forever), the award-winning Hip Hop 4 Health campaign,and youth-centered organization Peace Boston. A peace-driven visionary who grew up in Roxbury, Cindy Diggs personifies the terms peace, love and unity and embodies the dreams of civil rights leaders who came before her. Hear her story at the library!
