Church of the Good Shepherd Watertown
The Church of the Good Shepherd hosts a series of three films this fall looking at intersections between justice movements and faith. The second in this series, "My Name is Pauli Murray," is a portrait of the brilliant Black, transgender Episcopal priest who developed the legal theory on which much of 20th-century civil rights legislation was based. After the film we will conduct a discussion with an expert familiar with Murray's life, work, and time in Boston. The public is warmly invited to attend.
