Jocelyn Limmer is a Boston-based singer and pianist whose songs are inspired by matters of the heart, patterns of the mind, and the sometimes-rocky journey towards self-love. Her 2019 album, As Lovers Go, is a collection of jazzy torch songs, heartfelt ballads and soul-pop anthems that reflect a range of influences, from American Songbook classics to Motown and soul, to the unique piano stylings of artists like Tori Amos and Alicia Keys. Jocelyn is passionate about the intersection of music and mental health, and firmly believes that creativity is a human birthright that we should all be empowered and given the resources to access.

Event Description: 

Something comfortable, something cozy - come listen to relaxing music in our library’s own coffee house! Join the WFPL in welcoming a slate of performers for our Coffeehouse Concerts this winter. All concerts will be accompanied by hot coffee and fresh pastries from local business O’some Café. Registration required, held in the Watertown Savings Bank Room.
