Come to learn about research-based strategies focused on the twin goals of cognitive health and reducing risk of dementia, whether you are in your third or eighth decade of life. The facilitator will share knowledge about a lifestyle for brain and body. Participants of all ages will learn proactive strategies to support brain health in daily lifestyle. Facilitated by Danielle Morgan, a Speech Pathologist with over 35 years of experience, specializing in cognitive rehabilitation since 2007.
In addition to treating brain injured teens and adults, Ms. Morgan has consulted to healthy aging individuals, intent on promoting wellness and cognition. She has presented and published locally over the last two decades to increase community education and awareness on the topics of Healthy Aging, as well as Post Concussion Syndrome, Parkinson’s Disease and Stroke.
