Increase Resilience with Mindfulness

This 4-week class series teaches participants basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, how to understand emotions and triggers, and respond more positively to people and situations. Participants should plan to attend all four classes.

Presented by Live Well Watertown, a Watertown Health Department program. Taught by Stephanie Venizelos, Certified Wellness Practitioner and Community Wellness Program Manager with the Health Department.
