(At Hatch) Root-imental Water Propagation *Sustainability Series + OCTUBER*

* This workshop is part of both our Sustainability Series and OCTUBER: a month-long celebration of potatoes at Hatch! *

Have you ever wondered how plants grow? Ever tried propagating a plant in water and want to know why it works? Come learn some of the basics of plant biology while you decorate a repurposed jar with tissue paper and paste. Take home your new plant and its new home to watch it grow inside or outside.
All materials and tools are provided.

This workshop is for adults and older children ages 12+. Children ages 12-17 may attend on their own as long as their parent or legal guardian first cosigns Hatch's waiver form (in person).

Registration is required.

This event takes place at WFPL’s Hatch Makerspace, located at 20 Summer Street in Watertown, just a few blocks away from the Library. Hatch is an entirely free workspace full of tools and materials that you can use anytime we're open.

Registration is required for this event.
