(At Hatch) Oh, Scrap! Pi Are Square *Sustainability Series*

* This workshop is part of our Sustainability Series *

Turn squares of scrap fabric into half square triangles – a quilt piecing technique that produces a square made of two fabric triangles. We will then sew our squares into a pinwheel and cut out a circular, “pi” shaped pincushion. In this class we will be machine sewing the half square triangle (plain straight sewing) as well as the circular pincushion itself (sewing in a circle). This class is suitable for beginners with some experience.
