Join Eat Well Watertown facilitators as they demo a variety of healthy cooking techniques online! The one-hour Zoom sessions will focus on one food or ingredient (with an emphasis on seasonal cooking), and will include recipes, tips and tricks, and nutrition information. On the second Thursday of each month, we’ll gather to talk about food, cooking, and wellness – as we recognize the need to care for ourselves and loved ones during the COVID-19 pandemic.
May is Rhubarb Month! Explore the sweet, tart, and savory sides of rhubarb with Community Chef Haynes Altobello and host Ilana Hardesty. Learn how to choose the best rhubarb and prepare a couple of delicious recipes.
