The Fall harvest offers a plethora of amazing root vegetables. You can find these year-round in supermarkets but are in season in Massachusetts right now. Find some new ways to prepare your favorites: beets, carrot, sweet potato, and perhaps try a new (to you) root vegetable or two, like celery root and turnips. Get nutrition information and storage advice for these powerhouse vegetables. Celebrate the fall and learn something new with our panel of volunteer chefs and nutrition experts!
