Join bean-to-bar chocolate maker Amy Vachon of Sotto Chocolate and chocolate industry educator/facilitator/trainer Maya Townsend – both Watertown residents – to explore this incredible food’s journey from tree to bar. We’ll sample bars from Massachusetts makers along the way, developing your tasting skills for texture, terroir and quality. This event is for adults.
