Body Qigong for Healthy Body & Happy Heart

This 6-week series will offer a unique form of qigong, using music and movement that will help you release any stress or negative energy in your life and help you refocus on a positive way to see the world. 3 Body Qigong will include body tapping, meridian stretching, practice feeling energy, and music meditation. March into Spring and create a new positive habit in your daily life.

Please bring a mat. Movements can be adapted to be done in the chair.

By registering for this event, you are committing to come to six (6) weekly Tuesday sessions of this class. Space is limited.
