Body Qigong for Health & Healing (via Zoom)

As the seasons come and go, our immune systems become more susceptible to colds/ flu/allergies/fatigue to name a few. Now more than ever, we need to keep our immune systems strong. This series will consist of practicing body tapping, qigong movements and meditation, and offer you a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat.)
