Body Qigong for Health and Healing - Live Well Watertown

As we move into late fall and early winter, the change in the weather and the sunlight begin to send a signal to all of nature slowly transition to winter. Our bodies do the same thing, following nature through the changes. As the seasons change, our immune systems become more susceptible to colds/ flu/allergies/fatigue to name a few. Now more than ever, we need to keep our immune systems strong. This series will consist of practicing body tapping, qigong movements and meditation, and offer you a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).
