As the seasons come and go, our immune systems become more susceptible to colds/ flu/allergies/fatigue to name a few. Now more than ever, we need to keep our immune systems strong. This series will consist of practicing body tapping, qigong movements and meditation, and offer you a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat.) NOTE: This class is open ONLY to first time registrants, not for repeat students. By registering for this event, you are committing to come to six (6) weekly Wednesday sessions of this class beginning March 2nd. Space is limited.
