Increase Resilience With Mindfulness (via Zoom)

This 4-week class will teach you basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, help you understand your emotions and triggers, and increase your ability to respond more positively to people and situations.

Participants should plan to attend all four classes and have their video turned on during group discussions. You will be signing up to attend all four sessions. Space is limited. Please note: If you have taken this class before, please do not sign up until the day before the class begins, if space remains. We want everyone to have a chance.

Presented by Live Well Watertown, a Watertown Health Department program. Taught by Stephanie Venizelos, Certified Wellness Practitioner and Community Wellness Program Manager for the Watertown Health Department.
